    The boy is in a Cub Scout uniform. Cub Scouting in the USA was founded in 1930, so that starts the dating of the pic. And the Cub is watching a film probably made before he was born. Those are usually the best anyway! I wonder if his parents knew he was looking at Wiggling Wonders? “Where did you spend your penny, Junior?”

    I just found Wiggling Wonders (title #7608) listed at the Mutoscope web site. The date was somewhere after 1926 for the machine.
